Gelato contains significantly less air than standard ice cream - churned slowly to give it a dense, smooth and intensely flavoured texture. Less air means more product per scoop, better structure in a display counter, and a superior tasting experience for your customers.
With less fat and more milk, our gelato does not coat the palate or leave a heavy aftertaste. The flavours are clean, light and satisfying - the kind that keep customers coming back.
