School Excursions & Workshops

Our Road shows are a unique and interactive presentation involving schools, colleges, community groups and businesses. For smaller groups we can offer unique experiences in our production warehouse premises.

Our Gelato road show, is not only fun but also educational and interactive, allowing students to make Gelato from base ingredients, and then tasting there final creation.

The presentation includes:
(approx 1 hour depending on ages, numbers and requirements)

• The History of Gelato and frozen products in Italy and the UK. 
  
• How Gelato is made (including students making Gelato) 
  
• Traditional Machinery compared to Modern Machinery and practises. 
  
• The range of flavours we produce and an understanding of the difference between all frozen products. 
  
• Gelato Quiz – A chance for student to show their listening skills and an opportunity to win some prizes. 
  
• Q&A – student interaction.
  
• Gelato Tasting and Serving Gelato using traditional methods  (including students serving Gelato)

Requirements

We do not stipulate any min or max requirements for any group. A screen or projector that is suitable to use with our laptop. Please contact us for details regarding our Educational package.
